I have been coming here for years. I love the oil change and car wash package. I did get a detail once. One time the car wash was not good at first. The supervisor came over to check on the car washers and saw that there were hard spots or bumps all over outside of the car even after the car wash. He asked the guys washing the car to correct the problem. He showed them how and finished the job with them. I never had that problem again. It was fixed while I waited. He made what could have been a bad situation into a happy customer. Thank you
